The Event

Managing the Lowell Groups internal awards, this was a day of back-to-back ceremonies for all internal departments. Taking place within an intimate breakout space at the Lowell Head Offices, this event was all about the flawless combination of sound, light and AV, keeping to strict timings and providing the pragmatism to seamlessly make last minute adjustments.

With a small indoor stage build, lighting, sound and AV (using our modular LED screen) we created a made-to-measure, fun, engaging corporate awards ceremony which celebrated the Lowell employees’ achievements and hard work.

The Grace and Tailor team supported this event by providing:

• staging build and set up
• Sound production
• Light production
• AV production including the installation of 4m x 2.5m LED screen
• Event filming
• Full project management
• Event show-running

“Grace & Tailor delivered a series of 8 face-to-face events at our Leeds office in December. This included 4 award ceremonies, attended by circa 75 colleagues each, and 4 on-the-floor roadshow presentations, attended by circa 150 colleagues each. Grace & Tailor provided event management support for the events, video production and full AV set-up and production. It was a sizeable project that went from an ‘idea’ to a ‘reality’ in less than six weeks. All events were well-received by colleagues.”
