And when they needed help managing and delivering their exhibition stand at the annual Fleet and Mobility Live event, they trusted the Grace & Tailor team to turn their ambitions into reality.

We immediately engaged the suppliers of the stand, and brought in additional AV equipment for the stand for added impact – including a 3m x 2m video wall which displayed promotional material. Then we engaged their guests by installing a Scalextric racetrack on the stand, allowing attendees to race around a track and set lap times.

We also collaborated with our friends at Red Bullet to support the stand design and fabrication, and acted as project managers throughout – from the development of the stand to the on-site installation, and then the de-rig following the event conclusion.
