Grace & Tailor acknowledges the role we play in creating a sustainable future for all. We firmly believe in sustainable event management. We strive to provide high quality services while minimizing the negative environmental, economic and social impacts of our business and the events we organize.

By implementing our sustainable development policy, we aim to maximize the positive environmental, social and economic impacts of our activities and minimize possible negative impacts. To achieve this, we place as much emphasis on sustainability issues as we do on the logistical, creative and financial aspects of our event planning and business practices.

Our Commitment

  • We carry out event-related activities reliably and in accordance with the law.
    We support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and ensure that we do not engage in human rights violations, including forced, compulsory or child labour. This happens through the choices you make when ordering our products and services.
  • We promise accountable use of natural resources and waste management.
  • We consider local environmental protection and the local impact on the community and the environment. This may include sounds and lights, traffic or other human activities and events.
  • We make certain that issues of cultural heritage and archaeological sensitivity are respected.

  • We aim to reduce the amount of waste produced and maximize the recovery of waste resources.
  • We aim to reduce the amount of water used and the wastewater produced.
  • We aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by events related to travel and transport.

Performance Measurement

Each event is evaluated and measured on the criteria stated above. Where possible, we offer the prospect to provide feedback.

Compliance

We communicate to all customers and suppliers about our sustainable approach to events. Where feasible, suppliers must complete a sustainability assessment.

Supervising & Evaluation

We undertake evaluation for event sustainability performance. The debrief after each event is accompanied by sustainability issues. These reviews are considered in the annual evaluation and review of our sustainability policy. Continuous improvement is based on performance review and future objectives.
